By accessing this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

1) About us

APGT supplies creative products and services, which may include personalised gifting, printing services, laser engraving, candles, catering, and baking (“Products/Services”). Availability may vary depending on capacity and lead times.

2) Quotes, orders, and acceptance

· Any prices, product descriptions, and availability shown on the website (or shared via WhatsApp/email) are subject to confirmation.

· An order is only accepted once we confirm it in writing (for example, by WhatsApp or email).

· We may refuse or cancel an order if we cannot fulfil it (for example, due to stock limitations, capacity constraints, incorrect pricing, or delivery limitations). If you have already paid, you will be refunded the amount paid for the cancelled item/order.

3) Payments (EFT only)

· We accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments only.

· Payment instructions and banking details will be provided during the ordering process.

· You are responsible for using the correct reference and sending proof of payment if requested.

· Orders may only proceed once payment reflects in our bank account (unless we confirm otherwise in writing).

4) Lead times and production

· Lead times depend on the product/service type and order volume.

· Any timeframes provided are estimates unless confirmed in writing.

· For personalised/custom items, production typically starts once all required details are confirmed (for example: sizes, colours, spelling, artwork approval) and payment reflects.

5) Artwork, customisation, and approvals

· You are responsible for confirming that all names, spelling, dates, colours, sizes, and other details are correct.

· Where we provide a proof/mock-up, your approval confirms you accept the layout and content.

· We are not responsible for errors that were present in the final proof you approved.

6) Delivery, courier, and collection

· We may offer collection and/or delivery depending on the order.

· We can courier nationwide within South Africa for eligible items.

· Courier costs, timeframes, and risk handling:

o Courier fees are for the customer’s account unless we confirm otherwise in writing.

o Courier delivery times are estimates and depend on the courier.

o Once an order is handed to the courier, delays outside our control may occur.

o If you want insurance/extra cover, request it before dispatch.

· Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery or address changes after dispatch.

7) Cancellations (strict 7-day window)

· Cancellations must be submitted in writing (WhatsApp or email).

· If you cancel within 7 days of the required date/event date, partial refunds will be issued.

· For catering/baking orders, late cancellations may result in charges for ingredients, preparation time, and reserved capacity.

8) Returns and refunds (no returns / no refunds)

· No returns and no refunds are offered on non-personalised items.

· No returns and no refunds are offered on personalised/custom-made items due to the nature of custom production.

· If there is a proven defect or an error caused by us, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item (or within 48 hours of collection). We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable remedy (for example: repair, replacement, or reprint) at our discretion.

9) Food items (catering/baking) and allergens

· If you order catering/baking, you are responsible for informing us of any allergies, dietary requirements, and restrictions in advance.

· While we take care in preparation, our kitchen/workspace may handle common allergens and cross-contamination cannot be fully guaranteed.

· Food items are perishable and must be handled and stored appropriately after delivery/collection.

10) Customer responsibilities

You agree to:

· Provide accurate information for your order.

· Respond promptly to requests for approvals/details.

· Inspect items on delivery/collection where possible and report issues within the stated timeframe.

11) Intellectual property

· All website content, designs, photos, and branding are owned by or licensed to APGT.

· You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without written permission.

· Where you provide logos/images/artwork, you confirm you have the rights to use them and you grant us permission to use them to fulfil your order.

12) Limitation of liability

· We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profit) arising from use of our website or Products/Services.

· To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim.

13) Privacy

Personal information is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African data protection laws.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version posted on the website applies.

15) Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
